We like em big, in your face, and full of mouth watering Food. Every truck we wrap should have an attitude & we want your truck to stand out and draw in your hungry Customers!
We start every Food Truck Project with a full inspection of the vehicle to determine the shape of the paint and what is feasible to wrap ( we can wrap it pretty much anything). At this time we take a series of pictures and measurements so we can create a full size template of your vehicle & give us the details we need to accurately price your wrap.
Next we sit down with each client and discuss what the theme of the truck will look like, if you are able to explain the details you want on the truck it helps us create a masterpiece for your truck.
Now it's time for concept and design where to create a couple rough concepts from your notes, type of food , & personality of the owner. Once a design is picked our artists take the time fine tune your artworks for final production.
Once art is approved & deposit paid we scale your design and run a series of tests to ensure proper color matching and resolution. from there we print your graphics and allow them to cure & outgas before we laminate and trim with a scratch resistant U.V. protectant coating to prevent damage or fading to your investment.
Once the prints are ready we are now ready for your vehicle. We ask that the truck is brought to us clean and dry and that any debris is removed (bugs, grease, tar, ect) We are not a body shop and ask that any bad paint or dents be taken care of before we wrap, We do have a body shop who is happy to take care of any issues. From here we dis-assemble any hardware or obstacles from the vehicle and begin with a 3 step deep surface clean. any areas like hinges or od hardware that cannot be wrapped or removed may be painted to match the graphics. This process can take a few hours up to an entire day.
Installation begins with detailed placement so that your wrap looks exactly as pictured in the approved layout. we then remove the backing from the adhesive and lay your graphics with skill and precision. This process can take up to 1 full day per side to apply correctly. while food trucks are big flat surfaces there are alot of rivets screws, fittings and other details that can be very time consuming, especially on the rear section of the vehicle. It's not about speed, our goal is longevity and a finished product that we as well as you are happy with. Can we wrap it in 1 day? Yes, but no thank you, quality first.
After your installation is complete we re-assmble all of your hardware, post heat to ensure proper adhesion and inspect the entire vehicle for anything that may have been missed. Due to age and deep or sharp recesses such as rub rails and door pockets we trim each section or seem to keep it from lifting over time and creating air pockets or gaps which will collect dirt and moisture and material failure. After trimming we seal the graphic with clear or color matched sealant to keep edges from lifting. At your next event take our challenge and look at the other trucks, 3 out of 5 will have tented rivets lifting seems that were not sealed and cracking where the vinyl has lifted from an uncut seam. We want your wrap to succeed and last as long as your business and truck. We would rather wrap a truck for a referral you send to us rather than redo yours a second time.
Now that your wrap is done and your balance paid, is your wrap done? Wear and care will determine how long your wrap will last, the truck should be washed weekly, sealed with hour protectant monthly, and insected during each wash. See our Wear & Care section along with warranty and optional service contracts with extended warranty and replacement.
Contact us today and we will set up a consultation to view your truck, finalize price and get details to design so we can get started..
